The phone rings while your team is with the client in front of them.
25–30% of calls to small and medium veterinary clinics go unanswered.
Any one of those calls can be a vaccine not booked, a refill not requested, or a worried owner who rings the clinic down the road instead. It isn't a staffing failure. Front desks are busy, lunch breaks happen, and pets get sick at 10 p.m.
A front desk that's always free to pick up
Books straight into your practice software.
Booking →Tilly checks your real schedule, offers times that follow your rules, and books, moves or cancels the appointment in your PIMS. No double entry.

How we keep callers safe →Tilly never gives medical advice. When a caller describes a possible emergency, it connects them to your team within seconds, or to your emergency partner after hours.
Your team stays in control.

How Tilly fits your front desk
Choose when Tilly answers.
All calls, only the ones your team can't reach in time, only after hours, or on a weekly schedule. You keep your number.
Tilly handles the call.
It says it's an AI, recognises your clients, answers from information you've approved, books into your software, and takes requests as tasks for your team.
People handle what needs people.
Possible emergencies go to your team or your emergency partner at once. Anyone who asks for a person is transferred or called back. You see every call in your dashboard.
The calls that fill your day, handled
Booking
Books, moves and cancels appointments in your PIMS under your rules.
After hours and overflow
Picks up when your team can't: evenings, weekends, lunch and busy mornings.
Emergency hand-off
Recognises possible emergencies and gets the caller to a person fast.
Refills and results
Takes refill and results requests with every detail your team needs.
Reminders and recalls
Sends consented reminders and recalls, and fills cancelled slots from your waitlist.
Text and WhatsApp
Answers SMS, WhatsApp, email and web chat with the same care as a call.
Reports
A recap every morning and a weekly email with calls answered, bookings made and estimated recovered revenue.
Built so the right calls reach a person
No medical advice.
Tilly never diagnoses, names medicines or doses, or suggests home remedies.
Emergencies go to a person.
A possible emergency is passed to your team, or your emergency partner after hours, within seconds.
Always says it's an AI.
Every call and message starts with "I'm Tilly, the AI assistant at your clinic."
Emergency rules are written and approved by licensed veterinarians, and your own vet signs them off before Tilly answers a single call. Sensitive calls, such as euthanasia, the loss of a pet or a complaint, go to your team with care. Tilly never books a euthanasia.
Works with the practice software you already use
Tilly reads your schedule and books directly into your PIMS. Call notes and tasks land where your team already works.

What are missed calls costing your clinic?
Put in your own numbers. The defaults use the low end of published figures for missed calls, and you can change every value.
Inbound calls on a typical weekday. Your phone provider's call log shows this.
Calls that ring out, hang up in the queue or go to voicemail. Many clinics don't know this number. That's what our free audit measures.
Source: Today's Veterinary Business: "Data from MissedCalls.help shows that 25–30% of calls to small and medium veterinary clinics go unanswered."
Adjust assumptions
Your estimateEstimate
Enter your calls per day to see your estimate.
Plan cost excludes overage and tax.
This is an estimate based on your inputs and our stated assumptions, not a promise of results. Real results depend on your call mix, your rules and your team.
How we calculate it
missed_calls_month = calls_per_day × days_open × missed_pct lost_bookings_month = missed_calls_month × booking_share × no_callback_share lost_revenue_month = lost_bookings_month × visit_value lost_revenue_year = lost_revenue_month × 12 recoverable_month = lost_revenue_month × capture_share plan_cost_month = plan price per location × locations payback_days = ceil(plan_cost_month ÷ (recoverable_month ÷ 30.4))
Example with 50 calls a day and the default assumptions:
275 · 66 · $12,210 / $146,520 · $8,547 · $349 · 2
Simple pricing per location
Plans start at $299 per location per month, with 600 call minutes included. Every plan includes every feature. No card needed until you go live, and no setup fee.
No surprises: Billed by the second. Spam, calls under 15 seconds and test calls are never billed. No surprises →
Billing starts when your first location goes live. Prices exclude tax.

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Every call starts with "Hi, I'm Tilly, the AI assistant at" your clinic's name, and every text thread starts the same way. If a caller asks whether they're speaking to a person, Tilly says it's an AI and offers to connect them to your team.
Does Tilly give medical advice?
No. Tilly never diagnoses, names medicines or doses, suggests home remedies, or tells a caller that something isn't serious. If a caller describes a possible emergency, Tilly connects them to a person. Other health questions become a task for your team.
Do we have to change our phone number?
No. You can keep your number and forward calls to Tilly, connect your phone system, or move your number to Tilly. You can also get a new local number.
What happens if Tilly has a problem during a call?
The call rings through to your clinic's fallback number within three seconds. Callers never hear silence or an error message.
Which practice software do you work with?
Tilly books directly into Shepherd, ezyVet, IDEXX Neo, Covetrus Pulse, IDEXX Cornerstone and Covetrus AVImark. Without an integration, Tilly takes booking requests as tasks for your team.
How long does setup take?
Most of the work is approving your answers and running test calls. The guided setup is built to get you live within a week, with about four hours of your team's time spread across it.
Hear it for yourself
Call our demo clinic and try to trip it up. Book an appointment, ask about parking, or say "show me an emergency."
Or start setup now. No card needed until you go live.
