See what every call was worth

Every Monday morning, Tilly emails you last week's numbers: calls answered, after-hours calls, bookings made, tasks, transfers, urgent cases, estimated recovered revenue and time saved. The dashboard shows every conversation behind them.

Demo clinic — sample data

You can't fix what you can't see.

Most phone systems tell you how many calls came in. They don't tell you what callers wanted, how many became bookings, or what happened after hours.

How it works

  1. Every conversation is logged

with a summary, outcome, transcript and, if you record, the audio, within a minute of the call ending.

  2. Numbers roll up

by day, week and month, per location and across your group.

  3. The morning recap

arrives every day at the time you choose, by email, text or app notification: overnight calls, bookings made, open tasks and urgent cases, for each location.

  4. The Monday email

arrives at 7 a.m. your time with eight key numbers, compared to the week before.

The eight numbers

Calls answered · After-hours calls · Bookings made · Tasks created · Transfers · Urgent cases · Estimated recovered revenue · Time saved

How we estimate recovered revenue

Estimated recovered revenue = bookings made by Tilly × your average visit value. You set the average visit value in your settings. We don't claim every one of those bookings would have been lost without Tilly, so the figure is always labelled an estimate, and the method is printed under it.

Questions

What counts as a booking made?

An appointment Tilly booked that wasn't cancelled within 24 hours, plus booking requests your team confirmed within 72 hours. Reschedules aren't counted again.

How is time saved worked out?

Minutes Tilly spent on calls, plus two minutes for each text conversation, shown in hours.

Can I see one location or all of them?

Both. Group users see a roll-up and can drill into each location.

Do the numbers match our invoice?

Billable minutes and messages in your reports come from the same records as your bill, counted to the second. Calls that aren't billed, such as spam and short hang-ups, are shown with the reason.

Is the morning recap only for the first week?

No. It runs every day for as long as you use Tilly, for every location, and you can change who gets it at any time.
