How to connect

About 15 minutes, plus partner approval.

  1. An ezyVet admin at your clinic approves the Tilly integration in ezyVet (Integrations → API).
  2. Enter your ezyVet site ID in Tilly.
  3. Tilly connects, imports your vets, appointment types, clients, pets and schedule, and asks you to confirm the appointment-type mapping.

The setup wizard shows the current approval time, and we follow up with ezyVet for you if it's taking longer.

Fees

Tilly doesn't charge for the ezyVet integration.

If ezyVet is unavailable

If your practice software is unreachable, Tilly keeps answering. It takes booking requests as tasks, tells callers the clinic will confirm by text, and catches up as soon as your system is back.

Can Tilly record deposits in ezyVet?

Yes. When a client pays a deposit by secure link, Tilly records the payment against the appointment in ezyVet.

We have several ezyVet sites. Can each location connect?

Yes. Each Tilly location connects to its own ezyVet site.

Does Tilly change how we use ezyVet?

No. Your team works in ezyVet as before.

Is our ezyVet data safe?

Your connection details are stored in a secure vault in the US region and never shown again.
