Commission is paid on the plan fees each clinic actually pays for its first 12 months after going live, after any discounts, credits and refunds; never on usage or tax. Each clinic keeps the rate of your tier on the day it signed up. Commission becomes payable 30 days after the clinic pays an invoice and is paid on the 15th of each month by bank transfer through Stripe, once your agreement, tax details and payout account are complete; amounts under $50 roll over to the next month. No commission is paid for a clinic that uses the money-back guarantee or cancels within 90 days of going live. Certified partners with fewer than 2 clinics live in the last 12 months return to Registered at a quarterly review.
How it works
- Apply. Tell us about your business. We approve or decline within five business days, with a reason.
- Register your deals. Register a clinic before it signs up, once it has agreed to be introduced to Tilly, so the referral is yours. We check it within a minute; an approved registration is protected for 90 days, and once for another 60 days if you log a meeting or demo before it expires.
- Share your page and link. Write a short introduction in your partner portal, pick an offer statement from our approved list, and we review it within one business day. Your co-branded page goes live at tillyvet.com/partners/{your-name}, and your partner link is tillyvet.com/p/{your-name}. Clinics that sign up with your registered deal, your partner code, or within 90 days of clicking your link are linked to you.
- Get paid monthly. See your registered deals, live clinics and commission in your partner portal, with a statement for every payout on the 15th of the month.
Know a clinic that keeps missing calls?
Share your referral link from your Tilly dashboard, or invite clinics by email. When the clinic you referred has gone live, paid its first full month and passed its 30-day money-back window, you both get a credit worth one month of its plan for one location on your Tilly invoices. Credits are used against your plan fees, aren't paid out in cash and expire after 24 months; you can earn up to 12 a year.

Does it cost anything to become a partner?
No. There's no fee to join either tier.
How much commission do partners earn?
Registered partners earn 20% and Certified partners 25% of the plan fees a clinic they brought pays in its first 12 months live, paid monthly on the 15th.
What is deal registration?
You tell us about a clinic before it signs up, with its agreement to be introduced. If that clinic becomes a customer while the registration is valid (90 days, extendable once by 60 days), the commission is yours, even if the clinic signs up on its own.
Can existing customers refer other clinics?
Yes. Share your referral link from your dashboard. When the referred clinic has gone live, paid its first full month and passed its money-back window, both clinics get a credit worth one month of its plan for one location.
