# Tilly

> Tilly (tillyvet.com) is the AI front desk built for independent veterinary clinics in the US. It answers a clinic's phone calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages 24/7 in the caller's language, books into the clinic's practice-management software, and connects callers describing a possible emergency to a person. Tagline: "Every call, answered."

Tilly is software for veterinary clinics, not a service for pet owners. It never gives medical advice, diagnoses, drug names, doses or home remedies. When a caller describes a possible emergency, Tilly connects them to the clinic's team or, after hours, gives and texts the clinic's emergency partner details and alerts the on-call contact. Every conversation starts with an AI disclosure. A caller who asks for a person is always offered a transfer or callback. Tilly takes the calls a clinic's team cannot get to; it is not a replacement for front-desk staff.

Market: United States (English, Spanish). Clinic data is stored and processed in the US. Customers are independent small-animal clinics and groups of 1 to 20 locations.
