2.  2Tilly Bridge shows a 9-character pairing code. Enter it in Tilly.
3.  3Tilly imports your vets, appointment types, clients, pets and schedule, then asks you to confirm how your appointment types map to Tilly's services.

### On-premise software

Tilly Bridge is a small, signed Windows program installed on a computer on your clinic network. It connects out to Tilly over an encrypted connection, needs no open ports, and updates itself.

## If IDEXX Cornerstone is unavailable

If your practice software is unreachable, Tilly keeps answering. It takes booking requests as tasks, tells callers the clinic will confirm by text, and catches up as soon as your system is back.
