# Works with the practice software you already use

Tilly connects to your practice-management software so it can recognise your clients and pets, see your real schedule and book straight into it. Call notes and tasks land where your team already works. Nothing changes in how your team uses your PIMS.

## What Tilly does in your PIMS

- **Recognises callers.** Matches the caller's number to your client list and knows their pets.
- **Sees real availability.** Checks your schedule as it is now, and confirms the slot again just before booking.
- **Books, moves and cancels.** Appointments of the right type, with the right vet, client and pet.
- **Adds new clients and pets.** From the details Tilly collects on the call.
- **Writes call notes.** A short summary with a link to the full conversation, never a transcript.
- **Uses your reminders.** Recalls come from the reminders already due in your PIMS.

## Connected in minutes

Depending on your software, you sign in and approve Tilly, paste an API key, or enter your site ID once Tilly is approved on your account. Tilly then imports your vets, appointment types, clients, pets and schedule, and keeps them in sync. Your login details are stored in a secure vault and are never shown again.

### On-premise software (Cornerstone, AVImark)

Tilly Bridge is a small, signed Windows program installed on a computer on your clinic network. It connects out to Tilly over an encrypted connection, needs no open ports, and updates itself.

## Your PIMS goes down. Your phones don't.

If your practice software is unreachable, Tilly keeps answering. It takes booking requests as tasks, tells callers the clinic will confirm by text, and catches up as soon as your system is back.

## Don't see your software?

Tilly still works. It answers questions, takes requests and turns booking calls into requests your team confirms in one click. Tell us what you use and we'll let you know when it's supported.

## Questions

### Does Tilly change anything in how we use our PIMS?

No. Appointments, clients and notes appear as normal records. Your team works exactly as before.

### How current is the schedule Tilly sees?

Tilly keeps a copy of your schedule that updates continuously and checks the exact slot live in your PIMS before it books, so it never double-books.

### Do we pay our PIMS vendor for the integration?

Tilly doesn't charge for integrations. Shepherd charges clinics $35 per site per month for API access, which Tilly credits back on Pro, Plus and Group.

### Can we connect more than one location?

Yes. Each location connects to its own PIMS site, and groups can mix vendors across locations.
